Zip Water Unveils New HydroTap Classic Plus
Zip Water has launched the new design for its HydroTap Classic Plus, which is set to add style and sophistication to any kitchen. The new HydroTap Classic Plus has been re-designed with user experience in mind and brings ease of use to the fore.
The new HydroTap Classic Plus continues to deliver the convenience of instant boiling, chilled and sparkling water at the touch of a button, delivering instant hydration and convenience to any workplace kitchen and residential home.
Zip Water knows what customers want and has created new, more intuitive features. The new HydroTap Classic Plus design features include:
- More intuitive sparkling water activation: Button activation on the new antimicrobial touchpad means anyone can now use the product without instruction.
- More intuitive controls: Introduction of continuous flow feature to fill bottles, as well as an improved font design to prevent overflow.
- Enhanced hygiene: Addition of SteriTouch® on the new antimicrobial touchpad provides an added layer of safety and protection by preventing the growth of bacteria.
- Sleek new design: The new look tap is available in seven ultra-modern finishes, including brushed chrome, matte black and brushed rose gold.
The new HydroTap Classic Plus is powered by the new G5 command centre, the next generation of smart technology developed by Zip Water. The brand new, smarter command centre features a re-designed Graphical User Interface (GUI) with more instantly recognisable iconography that enables easier customisation of preferred settings, including energy settings like on-off timers, and sleep mode.
The new HydroTap G5 command centre also features SteriTouch® on key water surfaces within the under-bench system to prevent the growth of bacteria and a new CO2 level indicator that shows when CO2 gas is running low.
Not only does the new HydroTap G5 command centre power the re-designed HydroTap Classic Plus, but from today, it also powers all products across the entire HydroTap range. This includes the HydroTap Touch-Free Wave, the company’s contactless sensor-activated answer to its flagship product, launched at the end of last year.
The new HydroTap Classic Plus was designed and manufactured out of Zip Water’s factory located in Condell Park, Western Sydney. The launch follows last year’s successful launch of the HydroTap Touch-Free Wave, which received over 1200 orders globally in its first month.
The new HydroTap Classic Plus, powered by G5 technology, is now available in Australia. It will be made available in other markets – including the United States, China, United Kingdom and New Zealand – throughout 2021.
The next-generation G5 technology will also be rolled out across the entire HydroTap range, with all new HydroTap purchases in Australia powered by the G5 command centre from 1 March. G5 technology will be made available in other markets – including the United States, China, United Kingdom and New Zealand – throughout 2021.
