Watts Enters into Agreement to Acquire Enware

Elie Melhem, President, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East & Africa, Watts Water Technologies, has announced that Watts has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Enware’s main business assets. The parties are working together to complete the acquisition which is currently expected to take place in early 2023.

“We are very excited about the growth opportunities provided by this acquisition and look forward to welcoming the Enware team to the Watts family,” Melhma said. 

Watts Water Technologies, Inc., through its family of companies, is a global manufacturer headquartered in the USA that provides one of the broadest plumbing, heating, and water quality product lines in the world. Watts Water companies and brands offer innovative plumbing, heating, and water quality solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.

Enware Australia Pty Ltd has been a leading supplier for specialist plumbing and safety equipment to a wide variety of commercial industries in Australia since 1937.
