As of 1 May, 2023, Juliet Bosel has been appointed to succeed Phil Jackson as Managing Director, Viega Australia & New Zealand.

Phil Jackson will stay with Viega for a while to ensure a smooth transition and to consult using his great knowledge of the Company and the Australian market.

During his time at Viega, Phil has successfully grown and developed the Australian sales organisation from 13 to 21 people. Phil established a new open market business model with Viega Australia, and it now has more than 50 merchants purchasing Viega products. Phil has led Viega Australia through Covid-19 and directed efforts to build three local distribution hubs in the country that add a lot of value for customers. Since 2017, he was able to develop the sales organisation through different activities and to build a strong, solid foundation for future growth.

Viega is very happy to have secured Juliet Bosel as the successor to Phil Jackson. With 12 years of experience in the Plumbing/HVAC industry in Australia, at a senior leadership level, Juliet brings valuable expertise and knowledge to her new role as Managing Director of Viega Australia & New Zealand. We are confident that with her leadership, the company will continue to grow and thrive in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

In the upcoming weeks, Phil Jackson will be working closely with Juliet Bosel to ensure a smooth handover of his function as Managing Director of Viega Australia & New Zealand. This will be crucial for maintaining the continuity and stability of the business during this time of transition.

Phil will then continue to support Viega Australia after the handover is completed and will remain working in an advisory capacity until he leaves Viega at the end of 2024.
