Tradelink rewards loyalty
Tradelink has announced the launch of its new trade customer loyalty program, Tradelink Rewards.
General Manager, Alan Ball said that Tradelink believes in rewarding customers with initiatives and products relevant to them and their business.
“This program is a meaningful way we can reward trade customers and thank them for their loyalty to Tradelink,” he said.
“Tradelink Rewards gives plumbers even more value when they shop with us. The more customers spend at Tradelink, the greater their rewards. It’s the first loyalty program of its kind in the Australian plumbing supplies market.
“What’s more, eligible customers started accruing points from 1 July, which means many will be able to redeem rewards as soon as they activate their account.”
With Tradelink Rewards, customers earn one reward point for every dollar spent at Tradelink and two points per dollar spent over their monthly target.
Customers will also have the opportunity to earn additional points with regular bonus offers. Points can be redeemed across hundreds of rewards on offer, including flights and accommodation, gift vouchers, electrical items, appliances and more.
The program is backed by a specialist third-party provider and supported by a dedicated customer service team who will be available to assist members with redemption, questions and feedback.
“Tradelink is serious about being the best in the business,” said Mr Ball. “Tradelink Rewards, along with our commitment to open 20 new Tradelink branches each year for the next three years and extended Customer Service Promises (launching later this year), are just some of the ways we are working to improve our offering and service to trade customers.”
