NETZSCH Pumps USA has unveiled its NEMO Dispensers for accurate dosing and metering of highly abrasive, viscous and shear-sensitive fluids across industrial applications.

The positive displacement design delivers consistent, low-pulsation flow, enabling precise and repeatable dispensing without damaging delicate product components. Valve-free operation reduces wear and improves reliability, while optional heating supports temperature-sensitive materials. The dispensers are suited to robotic and servo-controlled applications requiring high dosing accuracy.

With a compact footprint, NEMO Dispensers integrate easily into automated production lines and support dot and bead applications, potting and adhesive and sealant dispensing. They can handle low to extremely high viscosity fluids, including anaerobic products, fluxes and soldering pastes.

The range includes NDP0400-04, NDP0600-03, NDP0800-03 and NDP1000-02 models, offering flow rates from 2ml/min to 800ml/min and operating pressures up to 450psi. Minimum dosing volumes range from 0.075ml to 1ml. Stator material options include NBR, EPDM, Viton and PTFE blends, with FDA-compliant configurations available.

Designed to prevent dripping or stringing, the NEMO Dispensers reduce waste and maintain clean production environments.
