A new modular water storage system, Modtank is set to take urban Australia by storm by saving the water shed from a household’s roof, using interconnecting 77 litre-water plastic modules.

Modtank is suitable for any yard or small space. It can be configured to fit around corners, under floors or inside slim line walls, depending on the requirements that are unique to each home.

The system can be easily transported in the car and simply assembled by cross-stacking the brick-like modules in any available space.

Despite the obvious environmental benefits of catching rainwater, the Modtank system is manufactured using a blow-moulded process, using half the energy of regular tank production.
