KingGee launches its XtremeGuard Footwear Range, an industrial safety footwear range combining innovative technologies with modern design.

Designed by Workwear Group footwear designer/developer Emma Shirgwin, the boots offer comprehensive functionality and gender-specific options, tailored to meet the diverse needs of workers.

“The range incorporates state-of-the-art technologies including reinforced toe caps, anti-slip soles, heat-resistant materials and ergonomic designs,” Emma says.

“Women in particular have expressed the need for safety boots designed specifically for them which is why our XtremeGuard women’s boot styles have been tailored to fit the distinct shape of a woman’s foot, ensuring unmatched comfort and support.”

Endorsed by the Australian Podiatry Association (APodA), the XtremeGuard Footwear Range features eight distinct styles, with its women’s boots supporting the physiological differences between men’s and women’s feet, such as wider forefeet, narrower heels, higher arches and a larger Q angle, which affects alignment and biomechanics.
