​An improved water rating website for WELS products has been launched which features a plethora of updated information while not changing the functionality.

The new design and content has been developed to make it easier for plumbers, suppliers, specifiers and consumers to navigate through the site to source products in the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards scheme, and meet requirements for industry participants.

Consumers can learn how to read the water rating label and use this information to make informed purchasing decisions.

Suppliers can now follow detailed advice on how to register a product, which includes an updated database user instruction manual. This includes detailed advice on how to meet product labelling and display requirements.

Builders and developers can now check advice on what to do when they include regulated products in property developments.

At the end of each page, there is also an option to pass on feedback to the Water Rating team.
