Gripple introduces TecLoc Conduit Claw
Gripple has introduced the TecLoc Conduit Claw, its latest seismic rod stiffener. It is designed to be quickly installed using pipe or conduits to secure suspended services and prevent buckling in seismic conditions in various construction applications.
The product can be installed after services are fully suspended, as it has been specifically engineered to be retrofittable. This makes the device ideal for late-stage modifications or any potential unexpected changes.
To minimise labour requirements and to simplify the process, the TecLoc Conduit Claw is designed for single-person installation.
The clip prevents rod buckling under seismic conditions, maintaining structural integrity and supporting code compliance in critical infrastructure such as hospitals, data centres and commercial buildings. The zinc die-cast body, manufactured in-house by Gripple, assures quality, reliability and traceability.
TecLoc Conduit Claw features pre-engineered compression loads, providing reliable support for the most demanding seismic requirements. To allow for easy on-site inspection, the clip has a shear-off bolt design to guarantee correct installation and performance.
The product is supplied in convenient packaging and is manufactured in ISO-certified facilities.
