Enware teams up with Adelaide Oval
Enware has successfully developed and installed a centrally controlled urinal flushing system throughout Adelaide Oval. It is essentially a central software system which individually manages each bathroom. Controlling the flushing based on demand as required, to minimise water consumption and to maintain a fresh bathroom environment.
Each bathroom can be adjusted individually, to meet varying demand levels -events at Adelaide Oval can see up to 50,000 people pouring into for a Test Match to almost no-one for days afterwards. The system designed & created by Enware’s Smartflow Team is intelligent and adaptable and supplies an optimised and resourceful performance for each of the 559* urinals within the Adelaide Oval Precinct
Facility managers can easily access usage information and create reports to better understand and manage the facilities.
The project was completed April 2014 and has been submitted for nomination in the Architecture & Design 2015 Sustainability Awards.
