That’s why from 1 October 2017, Dux’s Proflo electric range of 80L – 400L water heaters will include a new warranty that extends to 10 years and includes a 1year warranty on parts and labour.

Customers are demanding more value from the products they purchase, and when it comes to water heaters, it all boils down to greater dependability. Dux’s new 10-year warranty for their Proflo range reflects their confidence in this product, while delivering greater peace of mind to customers.

To provide this new warranty, Dux have made significant enhancements to the Proflo Electric range. This includes a new anode up to 60% thicker than previously, providing additional protection for the steel lined cylinder. The cylinder also features a long-life, commercial grade vitreous enamel coating, providing a hard surface with low solubility.
