The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) has revealed it has received the prestigious Gold Medallion from WorldSkills Australia, honouring its longstanding partnership and support for refrigeration and air conditioning skills excellence across the country.

ARC’s partnership with WorldSkills Australia spans several years, during which the company has actively contributed to national and international competitions to empower young Australians to pursue careers in trades.

ARC technical and training manager Noel Munkman says that he is deeply honoured to receive the award from WorldSkills Australia.

“The medallion reflects our shared mission to inspire and equip the next generation of skilled professionals. We believe in the power of hands-on learning and are proud to support programs that make a real difference in people’s lives.”

ARC’s involvement has included sponsorship of regional, national and international competitions and direct engagement with apprentices and educators. These efforts have helped raise the profile of the ARC industry and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the sector.
