Alpha Tools has released the Onsite+ range, designed specifically for tradespeople.

The Onsite+ range includes the impact step tip drill, step tip step cutter, step tip combination drill and tap, step tip reduced shank, step tip arbor and pilot drill, step tip step drill, step tip long series drill bit and the multi-use 90° countersink.

All products have a premium coating, step tip technology, a convenient shank and speed when drilling.

The Alpha Onsite+ Impact step tip drill bit is six times faster than a standard drill bit due to its unique patented step tip. In a side-by-side comparison with standard drill bits, that managed 2.5 holes in almost two minutes before it burnt out. Whereas the Alpha Onsite+ Impact step tip drill bit made three holes in 21.83 seconds.

A unique patented step tip makes up the step tip step cutter to eliminate pre-drilling. It’s 10mm deep and can drill through thick materials and stays sharper for longer with heat resistance AICrN coating.

The Alpha Onsite+ Long series step tip drill bit is for deep and precise drilling without the need to pre-drill which is best suitable for tight spaces, electrical wiring and structural installations. The step tip step drill has a composite z cut and is specialised in flute grinding that clears metal chips as it drills.
