Rinnai Hotflo Series
In its quest to provide the best in home comfort, and hot on the heels of the launch of the Infinity 26 Touch (which comes with a wireless remote control) Rinnai has announced another addition to its natural gas hot water range.
Hot off the production line are the Hotflo 135 and the larger capacity Hotflo 170.
These slender hot water units are designed with efficiency in mind, and have been designed to achieve a 4-star energy efficiency rating.
These systems heat water to an optimum temperature via a gas-fired burner, and feature vitreous enamel (VE) lined and insulated storage tanks.
These tanks are sold standard as a soft water anode (magnesium) version, however a hard water anode version (featuring an aluminium anode) is available to order – and is sold as a standalone product wherever Rinnai trades in a known hard water area.
The new 4-star Hotflo is available in 135L and 170L versions to suit different household water storage requirements and family sizes.
These tanks are also designed as a quick and easy replacement for existing gas storage tanks.
According to Rinnai, the Hotflo 135 and Hotflo 170 systems will deliver mains pressure hot water effectively to multiple tap sources at once, and will provide ample first hour comfort and delivery, with quick recovery capability. They do this without putting the water heater or families under unnecessary stress.
Rinnai is very confident of Hotflo’s performance, and is backing it with an industry leading 8-year warranty on the internal cylinder.
