ATG introduces impact gloves for high cut environments

ATG has introduced the 52-6745FI MaxiCut Ultra Impact Gloves for professionals in high-cut and demanding work environments.

The gloves are designed for cut protection, comfort and durability as it incorporates advanced technologies and craftsmanship. They’re suitable for industries and applications where cut or back of hand impact risks are present including construction, stevedoring, temp fence hire, mining or rigging.

“We understand that professionals require gloves that combine safety, comfort, and performance,” Mayo Hardware product manager Jason Vandenberg says.

High performance and fibres combine high levels of cut protection and comfort while its micro-foam coating takes moisture and heat away from the skin and out of the glove to keep optimal hand temperature.

It’s rated P according to EN 388:2016 + A1:2018 and ANSI/ISEA 138 Level 2, as the gloves have shock-absorbing areas to shield impacts to the back of the hand. The AD-APT cooling technology keeps the hands up to 65% cooler and the DURAtech technology helps the gloves last longer and offers abrasion resistance.

ERCOtech reduces hand fatigue and increases comfort by mimicking the “hand at rest” as the knitting technology makes smooth and rounded fingertips to improve sensitivity. All ATG gloves can be laundered up to three times a 40°C without affecting the mechanical rating to extend the glove’s usable lifespan.

“With the 52-6745FI MaxiCut Ultra, ATG has designed a glove that meets the highest safety standards and enhances wearability, ensuring professionals can work more comfortably.”

Gloves are available in sizes 6-12, are silicone-free, palm-coated knit wrist design that can be used on a touchscreen and are dermatologically accredited by Skin Health Alliance.
